
Document contains the calculation of the supporting frame, to which the electric hoist (hoist) is suspended. When designing structure, the main task is to ensure its strength and rigidity, as well as technological requirements during operation. As a rule, electric hoists for industrial premises are already equipped with corresponding beam jumpers, which ensure the winch is moved across the room. This calculation is recommended if there is a need to choose an individual (atypical) support structure for a hoist.
In the calculation, constant settlement situations are taken into account, i.e., the stage of normal operation of the structure is considered. Checks were performed for normal stresses, shear stresses, deflections of the crane beam and columns. Transient and emergency design situations are not considered.
The document automatically signals to engineer that a check has not been performed. Document can be used by workers, installers, builders, engineers in the design or construction of warehouses, workshops, service stations and other industrial or technological premises.
