The document contains a calculation of a steel beam to which an electric hoist.
When designing a structure, the main task is to ensure its strength and rigidity, as well as technological requirements during operation. As a rule, electric hoists for industrial premises are already equipped with corresponding beam jumpers, which ensure the winch is moved across the room. This calculation is recommended if there is a need to choose an individual (non-standard) beam for a hoist or if it is not in the scope of delivery of the hoist.
In the calculation, constant settlement situations are taken into account, i.e., the stage of normal operation of the structure is considered. Checks were performed for normal stresses, shear stresses, deflections. Transient and accident design situations are not considered.
The document automatically signals that a check has not been performed and can be used by workers, installers, builders, engineers when designing or equipping warehouses, workshops, service stations and other industrial or technological premises.
The document has the following sections: Code units, Data units, Diagrams, Reports. The calculations are implemented in the modules of the calculation model (Code units), in the reports (Reports) the main sheets of the document are formed - formatted and ready-to-print explanatory notes.
